Exchanges

If the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they must promptly notify Carla Saibene by sending an email to eshop@carlasaibene.it requesting its replacement with one or more items whose total cost is equal to or greater than the value of the returned items. The Customer can return unworn items no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. The shipping costs for the exchange are charged to the customer, except in the case that the wrong item has been sent by the brand. During the sales period there are no exchanges of goods, but it is possible to request a voucher equal to the amount of the goods excluding transport costs. The voucher will be valid for 6 months to be used online or in-store.

Instructions for exchange

Write an email to eshop@carlasaibene.it indicating: 

– Order number   

– Details of the items with the reason for the returns 

– Details of items that you would like to receive as a replacement.

Carlasaibene.it will send a return authorization email with shipping instructions. In the case you don’t receive a response, kindly, check your junk mail box.

Returns 

If the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return the unworn items, intact, including the original labels, tags, packaging and accessories received. We however ask our customers to take into consideration that Carla Saibene is an independent brand in the growth phase, with a limited production. If a customer wants to return an item,  we give our customers the option to choose to receive a voucher equal to the amount of the goods purchased, which can be used online or in the store, valid for a particularly prolonged period of 6 months. Once Carla Saibene has received the goods and verified their integrity, she will issue a voucher valid for 6 months, equal to the amount of the goods excluding shipping costs. The voucher can be used online or in-store. In the case of garments that do not comply with the order placed or that have manufacturing defects, the customer will be fully refunded. The return shipment must take place no later than 14 days from receipt. Shipping costs are charged to the customer, except if the wrong or non-compliant item has been sent.

Return instructions

Write an email to eshop@carlasaibene.it indicating:

– Order number

– Details of the items you want to return and the reason for return. 

Carlasaibene.it will send a return authorization email with shipping instructions. In the case you don’t receive this  email, check the junk mail box. The return must be sent with a traceable shipping number to be communicated promptly via email to Carla Saibene. The goods must be sent to the following address: Carla Saibene Via San Maurilio 20 , 20123, Milan. 

 

Refunds

Refunds will be made after the returned items have been received and their total integrity  checked and verified. The refund will not include shipping costs. The refund will take place on the method chosen for the payment of the order whether Credit Card or PayPal. The return management times will be within 10 working days of receipt of the returned goods.

Terms and Conditions for Exchanges and Returns  

Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be perfect and show no signs of any kind. Each garment must be returned including the original labels, tags, packaging and accessories received. The original boxes of shoes or other items are considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the items themselves and therefore must not be damaged and / or altered, nor used as a single external packaging.

Returns that show signs of use or have not been authorized by carlasaibene.it as a result of not complying within  the conditions set out, will be refused and returned to the Customer at the original shipping address. For all aspects not specifically addressed, the European legislation for distance trading prevails.
