Nicole top in multicolor floral silk

Nicole top by Carla Saibene, in multicolored floral printed silk with a slightly flared and very flattering silhouette. It has long sleeves , with a slit,  a V-neck and hem with small points that recall a men’s vest. The collar is detachable and reversible.
